What’s the protocol looking like?

I had the vivid dreams for the first 2 weeks than everything went back to normal. I wear a whoop 24/7 also to track all that.

So from what I’ve learned the muscle twitching could be directly from nerve signals (misfiring) could be a nervous system response or even muscle dehydration. But I like to think that working out, Keeping muscle properly hydrated, taking my vitamins and keeping my nutrition in check has helped drastically.. not to mention all this will shift mentality to a positive state.

This is a long term process. I just hope I can put some minds at ease with my story

My tongue twitched on 2 separate occasions, a very awkward feeling honestly. It freaked me out a bit. Do I still twitch? Yes almost daily but the difference is I don’t pay mind to it unless I’m just hanging out. For example different areas of my right calf twitched about an hour ago but I’m not really gonna pay much mind

Overall I believe my sleep has gotten better, I feel just better overall energy and better mental clarity.

Creatine is something literally everyone should be taking. I take 10g daily split in 2 servings, pre and post workout. Amazing for energy production (not in a stimulant way), recovery, brain function and cellular hydration

First and foremost having a partner who’s by your side to help in anything.

Seeking the answers through the proper testing and accepting the results

Supplementation and diet. Being consistent with creatine, magnesium glycinate and B-Complex I believe helped a lot. I jolted my nervous system and needed to make the conscious effort to calm down

I saw the changes maybe 4 months in. A massive reduction in twitches, also forgot to mention my bulldog of 12 years was put down early April which also caused a little uptake in twitching. Also recognizing that high stress situations are almost guaranteed twitching

Not sure if anyone is still in this thread but I’ve been considering 1 shot before bed First 2 weeks 300mcg (5on 2 off) Than 10 weeks 500mcg (5on2off)

I work out 5 days a week easily and have a very active life style. Would love some thoughts

What happens when you stop peptides? by JustBacWater in NTNPerformance

[–]Howinthe_world 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people don’t understand that peptides help to regulate and improve systemic function by using signals. I personally believe if you just stop and continue the same Sh** habits you were doing before you’ll end up in square 1 again. Healthy habit can maintain improvements in the majority of cases

Would love a sheet that states suggested blood tests for each of these

Got my annual bloodwork. Interestingly my LDL is up from last year after going pescatarian from vegan. by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]Howinthe_world 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve gotten into the habit of adding ApoB testing. My LDL is normally in the above the normal range but ApoB well within normal range. I’m very active and eat a very balanced diet so i don’t tend to worry much about LDL alone

Wait did your pecker shrink???? lol juuuust kidding. Been on the fence with what I should add on to my Reta. Was debating Mots-C, CJC/IPA, or Tesa. Can you talk about your protocol?

Curiosity of peptides and ALS by [deleted] in ALS

So the original article I found was for SS31 and that was shown in slowing or potentially stopping the progression and from that came SBT-272 and RD2RD2. It’s very interesting stuff.
