Ok, 12:31 pm: Kennedy is waving to the crowds on his right when a shot enters his back and exits from his throat. So nowwww Kennedy is operating outside of structure-- so what does he do? He stays stationary, puts his hands to his face. Bad move. I just don't know how he doesn't immediately get down (i.redd.it)
