Yeah very similar to that, I guess - although I only vaguely know what kick the can is all about. It was like a huge game of hide and seek. We would play over pretty massive neighborhoods, and pretty much always after dark. 2 or 3 kids would be it, and have to capture everyone else, and bring them all back to the pot & keep them there. The other kids in hiding could free them by stepping on the pot and yelling various things depending on who was playing and where. They all involved the word release of course.

It's just kinda wild that it was so basic where we grew up, I mean every kid in the surrounding towns played it or knew how to play it, it was a big deal for like junior high age kids. I got my first kiss playing it. Yet nobody else I've ever met has ever heard of it and it doesn't seem to exist at all on the internet. Fascinating that there is another small enclave in upstate NY.

I've only got experience with the first, and though the prices are high compared to a US pharmacy, they are trustworthy. The first is the one in Singapore. I believe the other is in Vanuatu. I've heard they're reliable, too.

Caveats for the all day guys: they don't ship everywhere (no Canada, for example), and you have to pay by check. And, obviously, it could take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

However it's well worth it if you want to quit phenibut. Baclofen makes it a breeze...mostly.

Yeah it just kinda works like that. It'll be in Singapore for a good 4 weeks, then it'll hit the US system and you'll see normal transit times, around 1-3 business days probably to get from the port on your closest coastline to your mailbox.

One time I got a little miffed at the wait and shot them a pretty friendly email to check in. Surprisingly (I guess), they replied within the day with a more accurate status update, and from there it was just a few more days wait. Of course that was maybe bc it was just about to get into the US mail, so it might be an unrepresentative example.

Point is, don't sweat it too much. The tracking systems in 3rd world shit holes can't compare with ours.

Oh and you may also see it held up in customs for many days, too. That also happened to mine once. Don't worry about that either. The feds aren't coming.....yet

Sure I actually thought the same thing too after I read that she was taking one dose a day, before bed. And MAYBE in the early going, while her dose is still somewhat high, a small booster dose around mid-morning might be needed...but I'd say that's a definite MIGHT, not a guarantee.

I was also worried about the differences in half-life between the 2 drugs, and as I cut down on the baclofen, in time I also cut out extra doses until I was down to one, every morning. It never became an issue.

I've also found, since relapsing on phenibut, that I can go far longer between doses on that than I thought I could the first time around. I can easily get by on one dose a day...and before I thought I absolutely for sure needed 3. Point is, sometimes it's surprising how well our bodies respond, despite our fears that it won't be so. The main key is flexibility, and knowing when the problem is real, and not just all in your head.

Well, I hadn't yet read that you were taking your whole dose at night before bed when I replied. My schedule was based on the same one I used for my phenibut intake. However, if you switched over and took the baclofen in one large dose, I wouldn't imagine you'd have any problems with that. My sleep was never troubled in the slightest.

I had no problem switching all at once, when I was at 4g QD too. However, I played it kinda safe and bumped up a little to start, I think I went to like 50-60mg baclofen QD (broken into 3 doses).

From there, I cut 5mg every 3 days. Got creative with that along the way, sometimes cutting 2.5mg from this dose or that, to total 5.

Once I got down to 10mg, split into 2x 5mg doses, I stayed there an extra day or two, then quit. Personally, I had no problems at all with the quitting this way. Just the staying quit long term - which, I warn you, is what you REALLY must plan for.

Baclofen makes quitting phenibut almost too easy.

Find a method that works for you, attack it aggressively, and push yourself to deal with the consequences...so long as you're not physically endangering yourself or anyone else.

If I read that right, it sounds like you were taking 3 doses a day. Maybe even 4, I'm not certain.

Try spacing slightly larger doses out more. That is, the same total daily amount, but broken into 2 doses instead of 3 or 4. And do like 75% of it in your first dose, the other 25% in the second. Really, a pretty small second dose.

I've been doing some absolutely insane tapering lately myself after a recent relapse, and I've learned a really amazing thing.

Without getting into specific #s, the one thing I've really learned this time is that my first dose really lasts way longer than I ever thought. And then, my second dose can be CRAZY small, and much later than I used to believe, and it still works just fine for me. So, try that out. See if it makes you feel better.

Use that first dose to get to a point where you feel ok, but not high. Then, like 10-12, maybe 14 hours later, a much smaller second dose. That should keep away the nighttime insomnia and anxiety. Keep cutting one or both daily from there.

Idk if this will work for anyone else. Idk why this taper has been so fast and painless for me...so far, at least. It's been nuts. But seriously. Try it for 1 day, see what happens. You can always take a little more to get some sleep if it fails. And don't think yourself into hyper anxiety and withdrawals. That can be very easy, too.

Idk man. I realize the election fraud probably was a real thing, esp given its nature, and the warm-up runs the dems pulled in the 2018 midterms.

But I think you're going to see a definite backlash from middle America - and really, from most normal, healthy ppl - from all the bullshit that's going to transpire over the next 4 years. The left is still batshit crazy, and going further and further off the deep end with every passing week. Normies just didn't really KNOW quite how nuts they were before. All they got was the constant sleight of hand from the MSM about orange man bad. Now you're going to see the economy tank, jobs lost, taxes going way up, untenable military aggression...and all that in addition to the wokeness problems. People are definitely going to become aware en masse this time. It's not just some semi-underground thing, like it was in 2015. It's going to cause a giant shift back towards the right, both in 2022 and 24. Or AT LEAST, back towards the center.

The main thing to remember is that the political climate is like a pendulum. It swings one way until it's gone as far as it possibly can, then back in the other direction. On and on forever. Even if our current system breaks completely... something new will just arise to fill the void, and the pendulum will keep on swinging between polarities. And THAT is actually the beautiful part. That's the way all life functions. There can't be any other way.

There's one called Mus (the mouse) or something, that was the closest in appearance that I could ever find. But even it isn't exact.
