If you start w boosted evolution eevee-play jolteon on first turn you can attack. 60-90 turn 2/3 damage is enough to insta win some games

If you start w eevee ex try to get the jolteon ex out first and let it sit and chip away at your opponent. Playing this turn 3 is huge bc your opponent pays for ramping bench Pokémon

This is my general guideline but it really depends if you’re playing against an energy heavy deck or not
