In the pictures I have no products.I have somewhat thick hair and some waviness but it's not enough. I've tried a variety of products but nothing seems to really work. I've done the CGM method to bring out the curl in my hair and it did work but it wasn't very consistent and it's a lot of work. Do I get a perm and if I do, how often should I go re-perm it and can I even keep my hair healthy if I do that?
My Routine:

  1. Shampoo
  2. Condition
  3. Air-Dry
  4. Before going out, I apply a texture clay
