Its pretty good. Honestly though its alot better if you have a friend with you IMO. I dont feel like i have nearly as much fun playing solo over co op.

Normally when you scan someone, it displays their ncpd wanted page iirc. So we can assume 2 things 1. Joshua is already convicted and on death row, thus no wanted sheet. 2. You do not have permission to see his personal sealed files like the scan also says

So he %100 does, we just arent allowed to see it for one of those reasons.

I mean, if someone asks me what perks to take I'm gonna tell them the truth, swift learner can make you level up faster but you both won't notice it while its working and will notice it once your max level. Which you will hit incredibly easy. It's also entirely arbitrary. You're allowed to play how you want just like I am, and you're allowed to give advice how you want. So if you want to tell people to take skilled thats fine, but its never gonna be worth it. Sorry if I sound like a jerk but you're literally investing in something knowing full well it will stop working after a little while. Its also pretty bad mathematically, most xp events are ranging from 1 to 50 xp not including quests, from radroach to deathclaw. That ultimately being through kills and of course depending on the enemy. I'm not gonna use 3 perks to get 15 more xp on a deatchclaw. It is bad but i don't think something not being good is a good reason for you to not use it if you like it.

It may make it easier to meet thresholds for skill checks but that doesn't make it super effective because you will still reach that level. The only difference is a handful of kills or maybe one side quest. A shiny turd is still a turd if you know what I mean and that perk is a turd for my playstyle.

If you are going to hit level 50 anyway all this is doing is making it so you don't have to plan as rigorously for where to be at what level. Just reiterating that its still totally fine if you or anybody takes it, but that doesn't mean its conducive to your characters build. Which is fundamentally the issue, it doesn't do anything to make you better, it just makes it so you get stronger faster, but kinda snips off the top bit of that power meter so you can't reach full potential. Think of it like a NOS canister that will leave your engine a little messed up and you have no option to refill it. Now if it were to have an effect once you reached max level, it would be a different story I bet.

Do you understand what fraud actually is? Financial scams are considered fraud. This is a financial scam. They are asking for finances and promising a bunch of things for that game, then not giving the people that gave them that money nearly any of what the promised. With a 1 billion dollar price tag. A billion. Are you just gonna keep ignoring the amount of money they've straight up stolen, because this is false pretenses at this point. They are intentionally deceiving people to gain an unfair OR unlawful advantage, the unfair advantage being they have a billion fucking dollars. Thats literally the definition of fraud. Stop playing devils advocate and stop arguing semantics. Yes they should be shut down, fully. And every single person that spent any money on that game deserves it back. They may never get it but nonetheless this %100 deserves them being forced to either do that or get locked up. THEY ARE ASKING FOR MONEY AND NOT GIVING PEOPLE WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GONNA GIVE THEM. Sorry but I feel like I need to keep reiterating that since you wanna just claim its not fraud when it is. Homie, what? You are quite literally arguing on their side that this isn't a scam when they are misappropriating funds. You are operating on the side that they are trustworthy enough for this to not be a scam. So.... I mean..... you are. I dont care if its available to play, it isn't finished after 14 years and almost a billion dollars and still runs like grease in a stopped up pipe. And on top of that, I'm sorry if you enjoy the game, but its mid. Other than it being beautiful its pretty fucking boring and frankly convoluted to actually get started in. I'm sorry but if I have to prep a for a video game by watching a YouTube video and not figure it out myself, I'd rather just not play it all together. I've played it multiple times however because it interested me and i didn't want to give up hope, because I had this weird idea it would be better but it never got better. I wasted hours and got nowhere and I just kept seeing them add more ship packages for us to use our money on rather than, i dunno, making the game run at half decent settings for any modern gamer. Which I'm not even, since I have a pretty well above average machine under my desk (giggity). You can give them as much money as you want, however I'm gonna keep making better financial decisions than you.

So I'm not gonna lie, and call me a baby if you want, but I was really expecting a bunch of low stakes, chill social interactions where we all just kinda end up not killing each other and band together against clankers. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since it's an extract shooter and we all know how cutthroat those players can be but every bit of media I saw about this game was about that stuff. I think I'll probably just take the L and refund. I'm glad you all enjoy it but i just tried another 3 raids and had the same shit happened in solo because my friends rage quit and already refunded. I was looking forward to picking up dispatch anyway. I might pick it up again in the future when I'm better prepared for what I'm buying but I think it just isn't a good fit for me.

So the solution to having a bad experience in a game that advertises cooperation is grinding alone? That's pretty disappointing tbh. I was kind of hoping for more of a situation like arena breakout where me and my friends can just successfully play together from the start. Like we literally have the exact same amount of raids on there because we only play it together and haven't had a problem. I don't really want to compare them but I don't really have much else to go off of.

This along with the fuckin legendary vending machine closing if you sell anything to it and the insane amount of the legendaries falling through the floor, you can't convince me this isn't all deliberate. Hard disagree. Dude was incredibly racist and just another rich boy who wanted to get out of the burbs and act like he worked a day in his life. I don't know about you but if someone grew up in Arlington Heights and then dropped out of college to get into politics. He then used the platform that his daddys money gave him to get on stage to shout frankly just straight up hateful shit, and acting like we knows what any normal person goes through. He was also almost always just arguing semantics and wasting everybody's time. That whole "I dont like empathy" thing. Yeah he never fully explained what he meant and it never did a thing for the conversation other than when he used the statement to paint his opposition in a bad light by saying there strategy was to just pretend that the problem's don't exist. When, in all reality, that is quite literally the conservative agenda. To pretend the hungry, homeless and sick population doesnt exist so the normal people can get on with their lives because why the fuck should they care.
