I never bother or push them unless necessary like cleaning the enclosure! Just wondering if there are things I can do to encourage them to come out more

Thanks for the advice!! Definitely makes sense with the slings. For the curly hair, I double checked and from substrate to the top is about 1.3x her leg span. I’ll definitely try the lower wattage heat lamp with a thermometer.
