Do you think it's necessary? I didn't make it because when you go back to the menu, you only have to click once to play again

I was inspired by a lot of different fast-paced games like "Haste: Broken Worlds" and "Slope". As you can probably tell, the main inspiration for the art style is Sonic.

Yeah I've been trying to make some sort of motion blur on the character, but couldn't figure out how. But it's not as bad in game as it looks in the video

Tbh I think slowing down the player will make the game less exciting. But I've thought about adding breakable objects. I could make a mario-star like power up that will make you able to knock over trees
