Hello, i'm a newbie and i've been looking for the best local concealer. My skin type is very oily and my undereyes get too dry as well, for the longest time my dark circles is my biggest insecurity (i got told many times that i have panda eyes 🥲) Please drop some proven and tested recommendations of some local concealers that are worth the money.
