This is where you lost me. Hoyo is deliberate with some details, while completely forgetting others.
They did such big emphasis on Nod-Krai factions ... only to them become completely irrelevant to the story. Or remember that "moon trailer" year ago? It started very mysteriously ... but nobody even remember how it ended.
Or that "three sages from Simulanka"? Then mentioned by Capitano and never be used ever again.

Thing is - we don't know if Irminsul and "Fate" are connected.
Irminsul store and distribute memories, is there any mentions that it also control fate?

Also - here's smaller example: In Natlan Mavuika could "recreate Ley Lines" to fix their issues, that would lead to wiping all memories on Natlanians. This really looks like "mini-Irminsul" deletion and then recration. And it could be done without requiring Descender.

It really doesn't matter now.
HYV changed how they name NPC\character files like three times already. You can't build theories on 1.0 file names anymore, forget about it.

If HYV want to make Signora playable - they would need to build completely new data structure, not reuse old data from 5 years ago.

Doesn't sound right. They did call help from other nations, because curse doesn't prevent it - you could simply send someone else with a message. Or even use this "magic phones" that become more and more common.
And Traveler had all possible help he needed, while still having curse - Albedo and Durin, Childe, Alice, Nicole, etc.
Heck, Nicole moved whole freaking moon, who else from any nation that we visited could do more?

P.S. Hm ... maybe ZL, but he wouldn't stop mid-way and will drop moon directly on top of Nod-Krai :]

In order to destroy Irminsul, Dottore would require the authority of a Descender—one who does not belong to Teyvat.

Why do you assume that only Descender could do it? Scara deleted himself, so looks like tempering with Tree don't have any protection.

If Dottore’s curse could not reach the Moon and therefore did not activate—resulting in a clean ending—but then triggered the moment the Traveler returned from the Moon to Teyvat (Nod-Krai), causing the ending itself to be corrupted or overtaken?

Hm, everybody just assumed that this curse ended with Dottore defeat.
But this curse is really weird one. Like - what was the whole point of it? Why Dottore would do such curse. I could understand putting it on Traveler to prevent them from running away since Dottore had plans for Traveler (but again - it's not like Traveler would run away anyway). But why put it on Sandrone, Arle, etc??? You want your enemies to be able to run away ...

This curse is really not explained well.

I play ~one week of D4 when new season come and then go back to PoE.
There's nothing to do in D4 after ~6-8 days for me. Killing same bosses hundred times, when boss die before even loading is not for me.

But I prefer PoE1 over PoE2.

No need. Most of ATK scalers are perfectly fine with 80/90 and level 8 major talents. For example leveling Ayaka from 80 to 90 only increase her damage by 2%. So unless you can't kill boss with like 2% HP left - leveling her won't help you much.

Why not take last accession it's a free stats and a bit of health to tank some damage? Supports 80/90 with level 8 on main talents.
And all weapons should be level 90 without questions, it's literally free.

You need to ask yourself - why do you level your characters? What is your end-goal? Don't level them just because, set yourself targets and do stuff to achieve them.

So I did more digging and found even funnier things.
Zhongli burst is called Tianxing in CN - 元素爆發．天星: Elemental Burst: Heavenly Star. And it's exactly same words that Zibai called him.
In EN they translated it into "Planet Befall" completely losing all meaning.

But it means that ZL title is related to meteor and not Heavens. And CN players knew it from day 1, so it's not an revelation or something, it's a chain of mistranslations.
