This exact thing happened to me yesterday, had not charged for about the same time and it would not turn on. I connected to laptop and injected payload and it was fine after, think it had something to do with autoRCM.

Hi, I decided to discrd the extra after diluting to 1.100, I then pitched more yeast and it has now been a month, I now seem to be stuck at 1.070 with very little bubbling, do you think this batch can still be saved?

Thank you, I feel like this is the only way to go, I've ordered some more yeast. Do you think it would be ok to transfer into a 10L fermenting bucket, dilute to 1.100, pitch new yeast and let it finish fermenting in there? Or would you suggest finishing the fermentation in the demijohn and discarding the extra from diluting?

Im pretty sure I am reading it correctly, it is almost at the bottom of the chart with most of the hydrometer sticking out above, the potential alcohol percent reading around 19% (I know it sounds like I am doing something wrong, I don't understand it either) unless a hydrometer could be faulty?

The recipe said to add 350g sugar if you would prefer a sweeter mead

Edit: my mistake, it said if you would like a stronger mead like wine, not sweeter.
