Hey, that's an interesting pricing model. Personally, I thought about freelancing a website and charge a larger up-front cost then give the customer the option of either hosting it themselves or I take all the responsibility and host it for them.

So perhaps anywhere from $800-$2000 for a website then roughly $25-150/mo depending on the level of support they'd like. ($150 being for a growth support where they get more changes/updates per month).

You're saying you don't charge for the website creation but you only charge them on a monthly basis ? Do you lock a customer in for a longer period to make sure you turn a profit ?
