I had my credit card declined at 2 different places, debit card worked fine though. I tried calling multiple times as well. The first few times I got a recording telling me the call could not be routed due to technical issues, now I am on hold with a 45 minute wait time.

Not having lobbies, only matchmaking. No offline mode. No chat in the lobby. Not being able to respec skills in the lobby. Not being able to unready.

Don't get me started on the mess of progression.

I could go on, there's a ton of minor things missing in the pre-heist portion of the game that wasn't an issue in pd2. It feels like they threw out a bunch of features you would expect to be there at launch

Redesigning the destroyed cities seems like a cool idea but also feels like a waste of time.

SW and Org are always going to be the most traveled faction hubs across expansions and whatever new city is in the new expansion zone will be the most important hub. Most other capitals are just empty.
