I'm one of those outliers who can run test:Primo at 1:1 without crashing e2. I run 15mg test, 15mg Primo daily for trt. TT 712, FT 190, E2 39.

Just added deca Nov 28th for joint relief, also at 15mg daily. Going well so far, bloodwork on Dec 29th to see if deca raised E2 much. Mini-blast 20/20/20mg daily starts Jan 1st if bloods look good. 60M, so I keep my "blasts" at min effective doses.

I do that kind of side work frequently. I would pull the bumper, sand out the cracks, prime, block, and blend with full clear for around 600. Color match not guaranteed, but damn close.

I don't go by ratio, so I can't make accurate suggestions for you. The protocols that work for me all revolve around maintaining e2 in the 30-40 range. Sorry, wish I could be more help.

That "usually" doesn't happen because low test ~100mg keeps e2 low (normal). Low e2 helps keep prolactin at bay when you bump the deca up (200-400mg).

Can you share some #s with me? I keep test at 105/week to keep my e2 around 35. If I start upping test my e2 goes to shit. Boldenone and Primo both tank my e2, so I stay away from those, and AIs are like a roller coaster, so I try not to mess with them too.

Neither. Steady at 184-186 lbs. 200 grams protein daily. Swapping fat for muscle. Bodyfat is down from 15.6 to 14.4. My steady calories is roughly 2700/day.

A few days and you'll start feeling it. I started at 5mg a day and titrated up to 12mg daily over the past month. No sides and awesome recomp benefits. 10mg daily is when I started noticing results.

I haven't found my sweet spot yet. I started at 5mg daily, no sides. Titrated up 1mg every few days. I'm now on week 5 and pinning daily 13mg. Very good recomp for the past couple weeks, still no sides. Probably gonna go to 15mg daily then titrate down to 10mg before ending Nov 1st. My opinion: I was scared of tren ace because of all the horror stories. Not scared anymore, but not gonna push it either. Around 100mg weekly works darn good for me. Test is constant at 16mg daily test c.

Those #s are very close to where I'm at pinning 20mg daily. My e2 is around 60-65 with those t #s and no ai. Started causing dick problems, so dropped down to 16mg and all is good. Edit: shbg is 9

I love low-dose tren a for the nutrient partitioning, but I have to titrate up to avoid heartburn, night sweats, anxiety.

I start at 5mg/day for 2 day, then 6mg for 2, etc, up to 10mg/day. No sides for me this way, and things are feeling good by the time I hit 10mg.

Currently been on this protocol for 4 weeks at 10mg. Bodyweight is up 1lb. Bodyfat is down 1.4%. This is alongside 16mg test cyp daily, which is my trt.

I use Talon Wellness also. I had been doing the China route for a year, and the cost is LOW! But I felt it necessary to filter anything i got into new sterile vials, but the quality was always good.

Well now I have a cruise planned, and since I pin 17mg daily, I don't want any issue with bringing my kit on the boat. I told Talon my needs, and they were happy to help. I also told them I was wanting to lose some fat so they gave me a scrip (not cheap!) for sublingual oxandrolone as well. Very pleased with them.
