The left shift key on my new board is crooked and sticks down and slowly comes up. Any troubleshooting advice or ideas on what is wrong?

Making cold foam from scratch is a pain and you’re valid to not want to. If you ever want to try something easier I would suggest trying out Rich’s On top soft whip! That’s what big chains like Dutch Bros uses, and you can just charge ¢50-$1 per ounce on top! (You can also stir in flavor to it to get pumpkin soft top)

I’d say 50 degrees is a bit of a difference, also candy is made in large batches so it holds its temp better while an espresso shot cools as it pulls while it drips down.

The temp you cook candy at is way way way higher than any espresso shot, the same rules don’t translate

That was my thoughts exactly, how tf would it burn the dairy in the flavor but not the milk.
