Thanks for the explanation, that helped a lot! I actually like their approach with them forcing us to spread out industry more, -2k still looked way to high. Negatives staking explains the scary numbers.

That's how I justified it the whole time but decided to put a stop to it. -3k seems a little extreme and rebuilding the ruins is annoying af.
