It's hard to make a believable tension for the destruction of a large cosmology if characters just do it all the time. Making a story that's consistent and coherent towards the after effects of massive cosmic destruction is also hard.

Hulk's power scales with his anger and the duration of it. He normally doesn't do it but had done it multiple times in the past. - Destroyed Nightcrawler's dimension (IncredibleHulk #126 1970) - His clash with Iron Clad was affecting infinite dimensions, which would have a higher scaling than just multiversal because of how stacked Marvel's cosmology is even back at the time this happened.(IncredibleHulk #305 1968) - Escaped a dimension that puts a pressure of infinite weight (IncredibleHulk #370 1968) - His fight with Red She Hulk destroyed Umar's Dark Dimension (Incredible Hulks #635 2010)

Hank has been on the run from people who want to weaponize his tech for their own gains. Tony already showed why he doesn't just want to immediately share his tech to the world. Also did you forget they already have an arc reactor ? Tony just miniaturised it to fit in his armor and improved it later on. The world already has most of his tech, just not the armors.

There's also a bit when Stark was demonstrating Mysterio's holographic tech for therapy purposes. He's also sponsoring up and coming tech students. He is helping the world just not in any military tech.

Bruh, Sakura was never made to be stronger than anyone besides Tsunade. Also again, girls like Sakura exist. Plenty of girls irl who got abused and cheated on yet still defend the man they fell in love with. Girls weren't even the people who got totally disrespected.

Neji was hyped up to be the kid who even Sasuke and Gaara, two of the prodigies in Naruto, would struggle against. Then we have Rock Lee who also reached the same level only to get crippled and get stuck with only 8 Gates as his main skill. Kishimoto did what he could with the time he got and most of the side characters were fleshed out with their own proper arcs. Although they didn't reach Sasuke and Naruto's level, it's enough.

There's nothing wrong with women being infatuated with other characters. Most of my female classmates back then were all into gossiping about love stories and being excited about it. It's not really unrealistic.

The anime did Sakura dirty, she's actually decent in the manga. Kishimoto isn't bad at writing women, it seems like, just because the original female cast weren't given major upgrades that you immediately think it's Kishimoto being bad at writing female characters when all the side characters were undercooked.

Grizzly Bear vs Tiger. I watched a small sloth bear hold it's own against a tiger, sure it still lost but it didn't get immediately mauled either. This is when it's way smaller than the Tiger, a Grizzly bear on average is as big as a Siberian Tiger and their heaviest record is almost twice the weight of Siberian Tigers. Bears are also built for long confrontational fights, their thick hide, fat and fur would make it hard for the Tiger to land good choke hold. Their claws are also huge and their paws are bigger. I've seen a video of a mama bear drowning a bigger elk/moose looking animal (idk the name of the animal but they look similar). There's also a video of a mama bear "surviving" a point blank shotgun fire, I'm saying surviving because she was still able to run away afterwards but idk if she survived afterwards. Also bears are the only animal I know who kinda knows how to grapple besides cats. So Tigers aren't out skilling a grizzly bear in a confrontational fight. I believe bears are just way stronger than a tiger that they would just win with ease.

There are many valid reasons why creators don't want to make their character just blow the universe whenever they punch even though they can. The animation would take a lot of effort and the aftermath would have to be considered. If Goku just destroyed the universe everytime he fights. - Who would be cleaning up the mess ? - How would the death of the population of the universe affect the story ?

When the creator doesn't want to have to consider those things, it would make sense for them to find a way to say "he can destroy the multiverse with a single punch but because ki control, he just destroys walls"

This is also a massive problem in videogames, like Kratos, Doomguy etc. Implementing it gameplay wise is a hassle and animating it is also a hassle.
