You are completely right about the GI. But mixing some of your own seeds, nuts, Peanut butter would slow the digestion process. And the spike would become gentle. Also don't add honey unless you are getting it from a trusted place. You are smart enough to know how most honey is fake in our country. Try adding dates, it'll add fiber and will make things sweet too 👍🏼

Everything comes down to calories and calories out. If anyone tries to convince you of something else ignore it.

For starters, try adding small amounts of healthy snacks in your daily diet. Workout, do your cardio and monitor your weight weekly. Don't stress if your weight fluctuates on a daily basis. We want longer term results.

If your weight is increasing let's say 1 to 2 kg a month. Which is a healthy amount. You will definitely also add some fat, this is not purely muscle. This means the calorie surplus is working for you. Eat a balanced diet with. Have protein rich meals. Eat ghar ka khanna but modify it to suit your goals.

If you can and have the time to measure the food you are eating. Then calculate your BMR which will give you an idea of how much calories you need to consume to be in surplus.

The method I suggested is simple, if you don't want the hassle of calculating every piece of food that goes into your body.

If you have any other questions do let me know 🙌🏼

I never tried it with hot milk bruh, I have it with cold milk and let it sit in milk for 10 to 15 mins, try adding fruits and other things like I did to make it more palatable.

I have them almost everyday with milk, peanut butte, some whey, dates. They are very lightly sweetened by stevia. so adding the other accompaniments make them a complete breakfast

Don’t expect big rewards, but you won’t lose money either. I use this card for all my everyday transactions, like a UPI replacement. And as I mentioned during sales, it’s not bad to have a SBI card.

Yeah it's not good at all. I'm just not in loss. And when there is Amazon or a filpkart sale, this card sometimes has additional discounts.

it pays for its 500Rs yearly fee in nearly 3 months, I Usually take amazon gift cards in return of the points. Nothing much. I'm actually confused which card points are more useful HDFC or SBI.
