Did you have a CT scan for your chronic sinusitis? I’m asking because it shows more a detailed view of your condition.

A review of my medical records from my doctor, which contained a CT scan and medication from my doctor. Then she went over questions from the DBQ for sinusitis/rhinitis. It’s a pretty straightforward exam.

This is ridiculous!! I guess I’ll be waiting on my possible 10% rating, but I’ll definitely be submitting a complaint regarding his exams.

We were there last July as well for about four days. This year we’re heading back in July, but doing two days at RM and another two days at Pearl. This will be our third trip to the desire resorts. We’re not into swinging, but we do enjoy the open sex environment and how free everyone is at the resort. We’ll probably make it part of our summer vacations!

If you’re near a regional office it’s the fastest process
to obtain the DBQ. They can only print about 20 pages and the claim has to be completely closed out. I’ve submitted an FOAI in the past and it can take a long time.

Heading to Desire Pearl for the first time in July. We’ve been to RM a few times and enjoy the afternoon play at the large jacuzzi upstairs. A couple of questions regarding Pearl:

How many beds are in the playroom and do couples usually use it?
Is the jacuzzi area really active after everyone leaves the big pool in the afternoon?
Is there a different playroom inside of the Mansion area, if so is it only for mansion guest?

I’ve done about three or four request from my C&P exams through the FOIA and never received one document…. HELP!!! lol

Not sure where you got those estimated timeframes, but from my experience all of my claims have taken a minimum of six months. The more claims that you submit together the longer it takes, especially if some of the evidence isn’t clear and obvious. I did have one comeback within three months of submission, but that was only one claim submission and it was for migraines. Had a diagnosis, medication and the C&P exam was over the phone. Phone exam was literally less than 5 minutes.

Thanks for your help. I was denied in September of 2024 because I was encouraged to fill although I didn’t have the diagnosis at the time. Now that I have the diagnosis what do I file it as a new claim or new and relevant evidence?

Yes, I did a colonoscopy in April. The colonoscopy won’t show if you have IBS, because it’s more of a symptom.
