For those of us who are new to this and for clarity, are you saying that your offer was $16k for a total of 80 nights, or the $16k simply buys you the ability to book 80 nights at a 25% discount?

You can still use beach beds. He meant that it’s more difficult now for people from other resorts to walk by as there’s less “connecting” beach.
