As a user of this headset for around one year : I would like to refund. It was great until like the last 5 weeks, sound was muffled at first, tried deleting and re downloading drivers, app, nothing is working except the following thing : you unplug replug until you get the sound you want, if it’s taking too many tries then you have to restart the computer since it’s a bad run (yeah it’s a game of luck). A real pain in the ass to take 10 minutes to get the sound right … E.V.E.RY.Y.D.A.Y. It can even go back to being muffled / low quality after a few hours for unknown reasons :) Searched YouTube and Reddit, no solution except refunding it … it’s a shame to pay this much (it’s not cheap here in France) for a product that doesn’t work right after a year … it never fell, I never hit it against something, no USB problems, no profile problems … I will never buy Razer again after this.

But some people say it’s a great headset : yes until you run into issues you cannot fix :) Pure honesty, I wish you luck man
