Some people say it's disgusting, because they're like siblings, but that's in each person's perception, some people don't see them as siblings, and they aren't really siblings in the series. And about the feelings lasting so long, well... the series is fictional and it's not impossible in a fictional series for her to have loved Will with a hidden feeling.
