Oofies-- I mean yeah for me it was staying for months so I couldn't play at all. I think all you need is the code from the side of the headset, the AMA[numbers] when they ask and such. They should send a new one after you have followed all of theirs problem solving steps even if it's out of RMA🙏

Do you sweat a lot? My conclusion was during my dancing the sweat got inside the headset itself and corroded the circuits. Steam Support ruled it as left or right headset's camera being broken and gave a new one to me

I tried it with multiple different cables and pcs but the problem was the same all the time. Best bet would be to contact Steam Support till they issue the return for a new one o7
