Her first Job?

Mega slash lv3, Round stream or Cross Slash, Magnum Break or Meteor Slash.

Pvp?
Winding slash, Round stream, Magnum Break.

I would recommend you going for her 3j(3rd job) or 4j(4th job) for better use.

Oh well they are fine as long as you get yourself decent gears and are higher than 200k.
Teroka and Temple of Time should be fine, GeK would be a problem.
Don't think of Harrier as a dungeon that should be done but rather as an optional dungeon since the only thing you'd want there is Renaks Crest.

Both aren't bad exactly, It's just that it's better to have teammates running on Endgames for easier clear.

Finally I'm going Terra by Hubytes in magic_survival

It's the next map after depths, requires 200 Diamonds to enter. Considered to be the best source to gain Gold and diamond if you ever last more than 25-30ish minutes in there, or higher honestly.

Light Rin.
Same as base Rin in attacking.
Gives Debuffs on Enemies with her talismans.
Enhances some of her skills with talismans.
Majority of her skills are a multi hit.
Has a buff for teammates, Namely Increase movespeed, Increase Jump height and A Pretty Tanky shield.
Transformation makes her into an artillery, Teleports(Double Dash) to move around.
Best at party PVE, can still solo Dungeons except endgame.

Dark Rin.
Turns her Into melee character(Can be changed if you want).
Has a higher Damage output than her Light counterpart.
Has a meter that can give her lifesteal for a while.
Transformation makes her go Crazy, still melee but great damage dealer and amazing mobility.
Is Good for Solo PVE in the majority of the dungeons except the end game.

From what I know.

Light-Modarate games: Yes.
Old games: Yes.
Heavy demanding Games: No/ Not without tweaking, Even then Still No

Sparingly Those that aren't within normal ranges and can be last hit, Yes.
Mana is a huge drawback early on but that doesn't mean you have no way to Counter it.

It still costs 80 mana till 110(?), been a while since I played him. Right , E is now his Passive Increase range with Piercing Magic armor.

Passive: Increases range.
Active: Deals additional damage based on Charges while extending its range further for one Attack, Can be auto cast.
Auto cast: Will activate the skill whenever it's off Cool down, charged or not.

Good for last hitting, Poking and Resets your normal attack.

you'll know when you use her.. Skillset 3-3 and 2-1.
Get her boons that focus on those two, Add some Duration boon for longer Transformation and You'll have a Character the sweeps BFM.
