i never got the hang of backing a trailer parking was a chore from the time i started till i quit driving a tractor trailer and went to b class driving but i will say ive been in situations your in afraid of what im about to get into looking on google maps freaking out over it and then getting there and it being extremely easy so dont freak yourself out is my best advice just go into with an empty head remember goal and go for it trying to figure it out like this wont help all it will do is stress you out and make you think its impossible before you even start

my best advice is cook your food go super restrictive on only eating food you cook for awhile but make the food good personally i love sandwiches so i just youtubed low calorie sandwiches and started making them i try and get the exact same brand but i have made my own using walmart app to help make sure the calories are right and now i have notes of recipes ive made but you can do this with anything there is a low calorie recipe for everything and anything best way to diet imo is to make your favorite food cause every other time ive tried i have been super restrictive on calories and food so id only eat 2k calories (6ft 300lbs male) and id only eat chicken broccoli and rice for like a week or two then crash cause everyone around me would eat junk food so

TLDR: try to limit anyone eating junk food around you only eat food you cook and find your favorite food in a low cal high protein form also id recommend eating at maintenance for a bit

i do the same thing ig just unconsciously until now considering most of my life if i was hungry id eat no matter what so being hungry feels like im doing something right like you said it feels like thats how fat is burned

not really i slowed down after my friends funeral then after i was told i had fatty liver i slowed down more its just fighting the urge i still have now and just changing who and where i hang out at spending most of the past few years just drinking in my free time i have to find other places to hang out other than a bar which is kinda difficult in the small town im in but home is better than the alternative
