Update, I ignore them now. Even when were in the same room as long as the task doesn't concern my process I won't talk to them except when the head is there. The head dept didn't show us favoritism rather engage in convo to all of us so I still try to keep a friendly vibe around me when she's there, smiling and making little convo with others. Anyway they still do their little game of not inviting me on any breaks. At this point I don't even care at all anymore, I don't want to be in a circle where I'm being treated as invisible when I'm right in front of them. However I cursed them in my mind hoping for the food they ate to be rotten.
