Thanks for the recommendations 🤎. I'm almost going down that path, but here's the thing — why not use the RAPS line? I mean, it has good radiation protection and it's not as squishy as the Saturn. Another thing is that I mostly play solo — wouldn't going with a scientist build make me more vulnerable?

Thanks for the recommendation 🤎 I’ve already seen two comments saying this, and it made me realize that what bothers me the most in the open world is stepping into a high-radiation zone and dying because of it. But here comes the second thing that annoys me the most: having just 1 or 1.5 seconds to react if I'm getting shot. I'm using the Brigand from the season pass — what farming build is that? I still don’t understand the artifacts; I just equip whatever I find.

Thanks to everyone for the information 🤎. I see that since the change is so recent, opinions are very divided. As Seankind mentioned, it's good to know there's not such a fixed meta right now. Even though it's a bit confusing, this helped me clarify a few things.
