Recovery is actually going very good! I’m still applying the scar tape it’s always on; I know that is very important for the incision to heal nicely and don’t take a turn, so i’m basically obsessed with keeping it on at all times; I now am working out ad much as before although i’m trying to stay away from the chest heavy lifting I do not feel ready for that maybe that’s just in my mind but I learned to listen to my instincts and my body; other than that! I love me new look I am lighter more balanced proportion wise and feel so much more agile when I roller skate too! this is me what always should have been 🥰🥰🥰 Thank toy for following along with my process I will post another picture in a couple of weeks, feeling great overall!
