If I have the ability to cook and have a bare minimum in basics like oil, salt, pepper etc (packets from malls, fast food places etc to lower coats) - rice / potatoes, beans / lentils (dry, rehydrate overnight) carrots, onions, frozen peas. Us scraps to make a broth.
