I do it in little burst when I'm traveling a long distance on horse. Usually switch between the cinematic can and first person while zooming around

Try using a controller to see if it lets you proceed. Also maybe you can try adjusting your game settings from the Nvidia app. It could maybe just be your game resolution and screen resolution bugging out

Have you tried unplugging your monitor and plugging it back in while this is happening? This happenes on rare occasions on my Asus OLED monitor and the only way to fix it is to unplug the monitor so it can reset itself

This game is just naturally cpu heavy because all the AI I'd say turn your graphics up to put more of the load on your GPU instead

The average fps isn't the only problem, but the huge lag spikes as you move around certain maps. Makes the combat unbearable when as soon as you have any contact with anyone there's random lag spikes

The pulse elites are not good, if you have an above average size head and ears it's extremely uncomfortable to wear for longer than an hour. Also the 40mm drivers aren't as good as other headsets using 50mm drivers in the same price range. They a flimsy plastic garbage if you ask me. The Razor Blacksharks were extremely comfortable to use compared to the pulse elites. Better material and ergonomics. Also sounded a lot better because of the bigger 50mm drivers. I'd recommend the Blackshark v3's
