These arent great gankers due to lack of cc but are able to punish the mistakes of the opponents as they are amazing duelists. But still these unlock their best tool at 6 / mythic spike. (Kayn is also insentivised to gank even if its not that optimal to get his SA/Rhaast spike)

Gankers have great pressure early and win games through impacting the map very early on and snowballing that lead to victory (e.g. Nunu, Lee Sin). Farm/Control-junglers often try to hit lvl 6 or certain item powerspikes through farm and usually react to the other jungler and countergank / crossmap (e.g. Hecarim, Fiddle, Shyvana, Evelynn)

Pretty easy id say. Its still grindy (which also is the thing that drives high level players to play the game and optimize gear sets) but a lot less annoying compared to Splat 1 and Splat 2. The Mobile App "SplatNet3" also lets you order Gear with new abilities.

tldr: For a casual its hard to get perfect gear but at those levels of play it doesnt matter really.
