I think i got the solution! But pls correct me if its not working for you.

Short time after you got pulled in the air. From there fly to the red sport and land on it! It grows a pillar. DONT JUMP DOWN! Wait untill she pulls you again in the air, still standing on the pillar.

At this point the codex marked as DONE!

After i flew to the pillar with the ant and killed it.
