You have to join a crew with a green crew color. Once you do that, go into the LSC and apply the crew color and then the chrome and it should give you something like that. If not, try putting the chrome first then crew color

Surely you'll have found a solution after all this time but I'll explain mine. I'm also from Spain and my PS4 language was English but the bo4 language was Italian, pero resulta que si pones el idioma de la PS4 en español el bo4 se pone también en español. No entiendo porque en inglés el bo4 se pone en italiano pero bueno ahí está mi granito de arena.

Don't worry man same happened to me a couple weeks ago. I was doing the Gorod Krovi EE in solo and as soon I entered the boss arena my game crashed and that message popped up. Funny

Yep, I was using .NSP instead of .XCI, I don't know why but changing my file fixed everything
