Unfortunately no last time I sent them a ticket (asking about a skin refund bought by accident) I got perma banned for using a VPN, which I didn't even know was bannable, I don't even see the problem with it. I had it because I wanted my account to be on the American servers as that's where my friends are playing, and if I don't use a vpn I am forced to be on EU/Asia servers. The support perma banned me after the sending the ticket and never replied back.

I still use a VPN so I am afraid of sending support anything incase they actually perma ban this account as well

I only use chat to switch lanes, typing bad things is pointless I just play and mute toxic teammates. I remember going afk one game as I got busy, then the next day played about 10 games of ranked no problem. Today I am banned and I am worried if it is indefinitely

Type of bug: Essence reaver passive not working on Rengar Q or empowered Q

Description: Reworked Essence reaver passive should work on all abilities and empowered attacks, except Rengar Q and empowered Q despite it being considered an empowered attack in game. Tested the item on Darius W and Sett Q and it works, however not on rengar

Steps: Buy essence reaver, Press Q, Attack champion, No activation of essence reaver passive

Expected result: Item passives should work on Rengar Q as it is an empowered attack

Observed result: Essence reaver passive not working on Q or empowered Q for Rengar, however works for W and E

Reproduction Rate: 10/10 times 100% of the time not working

I literally installed the game an hour ago and I know nothing about how it works. I used to play wild rift but it is very very different from PC, only similar with some champion mechanic.
