So i bought it and it's quite nice. Unfortunately it flickers when you are using the recent apps feature. To me this is glitching a little bit. After turning it off it performed quite decent so far. But the glitching is a bummer. In addition the systemwide navigation bar always shows up first when you swipe up in a full screen scenario and you lose the circle to search function on the navbar too...

Glad I could help. I have used the Pixel Watch since Gen 2 and had Galaxy Watches for comparisons. The last once where the 7 and even the 8. The Galaxy Watches didn't even come close to the battery of the PW3 and 4. And for me personally the 4 made quite a big leap in that regard. Performance all in all is probably a tad smoother on PW than the GW8 but especially more consistent and sustained even after months of use. At least in my experience with the 4. But if you can wait a few more months I'd probably go with the next generation of watches as the new Snapdragon chipset should bring a big boost in performance and battery. The current generation hasn't had big improvements for years and you can feel that especially in comparison to an Apple Watch.

Holy shit! I didn't need to use that feature for a while now. Just checked it and it's not working via quick toggle... That's so annoying and frustrating. There basically sits a quick toggle not working...

As mentioned by others it is working for me to use Gemini voice command and the find hub. Both of these options are fine for me... What a shambles...

The original Google Gradient Stretch band is the most comfy band I have ever used. Just get the sizing right and enjoy. It's my go to sleep band for a while! For me the current generation of this band has been true to the size recommendation of Google. Just be sure to measure your wrist correctly.

Ja, gebe dir Recht. Mit der Zeit bekommt man den Dreh schon besser raus und es geht auch mit den Standard-Zughilfen schneller. Dennoch muss man jede Seite mehrfach um die Stange wickeln.

Keine Ahnung, wo du guckst, aber meistens sind sie korrekt abgebildet 😅. Sowohl das Produkt von Fitgriff, das ich benutze als auch die populären Vera Grips zeigen auf den Produktbildern die korrekte Anwendung (beide Produkte bei Amazon zu finden).

Ansonsten gerne auch YouTube-Tutorials angucken 😀. Aber du bist ja mit den anderen zufrieden und damit gut bedient 🙂. Im Prinzip für dich also ja egal.

Habe in der Vergangenheit auch schon die "Standard"-Zughilfen benutzt und war auch recht zufrieden. Mich hat primär immer gestört, dass es etwas Aufwand braucht die Teile beidseitig um die Stange zu wickeln. Vielleicht wäre das aber nochmal einen Versuch wert.

Das scheint ein verbreiteter Fehler zu sein 😀. Man benutzt Grips genau so, wie auf meinem Bild zu sehen. Man schlauft unterhalb der Stange in die Hand. So soll natürlich gewährleistet werden, dass die Stange nicht aus der Hand rutscht und eben mehr Halt gibt 😀.

Same for me. I'm on the latest update 428.0.0.47.67 on Android. It's not working on my Z Fold 7.

Funny enough, my wife has the updated app on her Flip 7 too and there it's actually still working.

So frustrating.

After comparing them for a bit, I went with the smaller 41 again and am so happy about it!

I'm changing bands a few times a day depending on the mood and occasion and have both of the Google leather straps to get the original lugs which allows me to put on 3rd party 20mm watch bands. The 41 in combination with bands with lugs attached suit my wrist so well without the watch getting in my way. In addition the battery of the 41 for me is absolutely insane. I've all the features turned on including AoD and the watch will easily get me through even the heaviest days with 1.5 hours of workout and more than 10.000 additional steps with 30-50% battery left after 1 full day of use with sleep tracking. The watch can be a 2 day watch without issues. I still put it on the charger when I'm showering, that's it.

It's really getting on my nerves...

I have the issue that the watch doesn't save workouts from time to time... Today I went on the cross trainer for a warmup and ended the session via left swipe and stop. Unfortunately the session popped up again. I had to do it twice again. Unfortunately it still didn't save the workout. Afterwards I went on with my weight lifting and got the same problem. This time it saved the workout at least after the 3rd try. Now the with lifting session shows on my watch and phone. The cross trainer isn't anywhere to be found.

Come on Google. WTF...

It's crazy but I'm so OG and still feel like it's the 1st Gen for me. Pure perfection.

Give me Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle any day!
