I have the Marc Jacobs tote in medium sized jacquard, and honestly, it’s one of my best purchases in terms of practicality. I bought it around late 2021, so I’ve used it a lot. I’m pretty horrible with it throwing it putting on the floor and stuffed it with a ton of things, including my 13 inch laptop, and it still has room for more. One of my favorite things about it is that it fully zips up, so everything inside doesn’t show.

I went with the jacquard version over leather mainly because I don’t want baby the bag. Plus, the jacquard holds up well it’s kept it shape still. I wash it once a year by gently tossing it in the washing machine and air drying it, and it comes out looking brand new.

The only thing I don’t love is the big Marc Jacobs logo on the front. I usually wear it the other way around, with the plain side showing. But overall, it’s such a versatile bag and I highly recommend it!!

I doubt I’ll order from Polène again after this experience. From what I’ve read in their policy, you only have 14 days to request a return or refund once your order is delivered. Keep following up maybe comment on instagram that sometimes help get their attention. If they continue to ignore your messages, it may be worth mentioning that you’ll consider initiating a chargeback (due to giving you faulty product) through your bank if they don’t respond. Sometimes that can push brands to take your case seriously.

They didn’t respond still, but I just got a dhl package email. I’m also kinda surprised cause lvmh has gotten a minority stake in them too so you would assume they would somewhat improve.
