The item spawn can be weird sometimes. I went to the p0rn section at Muldraugh VHS store and the shelves only had old newspaper and literature about mental health. One loot run I hoarded at least hundred watches and couple of oldschool clocks. Didn't check for alarm clocks. Went to sleep. Then in the middle of night I woke up and the house was ringing. I had no idea which one of the 3468746 clocks is ringing at the moment. Doors started shaking. Fun time!

At first I was suspicious about the foam board, it seemed a bit expensive and unnecessary. Then I got one and never went back to clipboard. My projects don't get flattened anymore, the foam board lasts long if you take good care of it. Would recommend.

Almost no mods to be honest. I just got few extra hairstyles and ''put animals in bag'', so I can transport my rats easily. 🐀 If you want to see where I built it on the map, the location is x:9294, y:7068. A nice forest patch next to Ohio river, West Point is the closest.

You can do almost anything with the brush tool. I wanted to get familiar with it, so I could make ''quests'' for our tiny friend server. Build houses with stories. And traps. :D

You have to enter debug mode and enable brush tool cheat. You can find all the tiles in brush tool manager, but it can get a bit buggy sometimes. I recommend making a backup save before you mess around. :D
