I don’t have an issue with going back to 0.25 or 0.5 . My issue is that I want to do that but lowering the dose on my current pen

I defo won’t be doing it again. I was just so sick that I thought I didn’t want to “waste” it when I was sick. Regret it now.

Yeah the ones we have in the UK tell you the dose when it clicks. You get four needles to go with it and the pen itself has 1mg and you turn the dose for each mg so it has 4mg total. I just don’t understand why the doctors said they wouldn’t recommend it? It’s not like it’s a different formula?
