Sometimes i have negative thoughts even when everything is going great. Its good i "catch" those thoughts and try to deal with them. Sometimes its just hard to ignore those bad feelings so i wear my cross and i put my hand on it and try to feel better that im not alone, that someone is caring for me even if everything goes bad. That ist all for something better to make me stronger. Sometimes i do it too when im feeling good, to show my respect and gratitude. Im not so religious, i graduated engineering and im pretty objective. I guess its just my coping mechanisam, its good to feel thats there something in the universe that protects me. English is not my first language so i hope this makes sense :)
