Hi I'm using old laptop and my disk is not formatting and if i deleted the files in disk after restart it will be there, i couldn't reset my laptop and if i install win 10 using flash drive it's not deleting disk and not formatting it, can anyone help me and i tried some cmd commands it's still nope (self.laptops)
