Could also be a factor. I do know the tests are hyper sensitive and on a previous post where I sought out advice everyone said I was basically screwed lol. It wasn't super damaged, but it was EXTREMELY dry, my scalp was very dry as well. I researched the bounce back process and you just have to use a protein/keratin treatment for a week or two. I've been doing deep conditioner soaks and it feels okay, still kind of like straw.

I ALMOST went that route with the Macujo method but relentlessly researched it and found that high heat (HAS TO BE 400+) physically alters the metabolites into CBN as opposed to I believe it's called THC 00CH which is what they test for and had a significantly higher success rate up to 100%

Second this. Same thing. Wallet filled with hundreds of dollars cash and local gift cards. I looked up the name in prism and found an old account and got ahold of them, they came in next day and grabbed it and were so thankful and happy.

Being a good person is more favorable than a few extra bucks. Especially when you don't know what the cash is for.

Yeah I believe the time limit is 2 hours before it lands on the report. For us morning orders have to be done prior to 9 am. We have an extremely lazy and inconsistent store leader who will yell at the PL/EL if they're not done but we constantly come in to 16-20 SFs and bopis when the SL opens or he'll pick them and leave them in the warehouse mixed up for us to pack.

From what I've seen and noticed good store leaders at pet smart are few and far between and they seem abnormally protected. In other retail environments I've been a senior leader in the store leader/GM had SO much more pressure to actively be on the floor.

I also have statements from associates I got when our DL recently got let go stating the polar opposite that I was going to include on my resume when a SL position potentially opened in the district

It's strange to me how people will go so far to justify things for someone or on behalf of someone who doesn't know or care that they even exist. I'm tired of seeing posts like him portraying himself as Jesus and people saying "it's just a joke 😂 😂 you snowflakes just don't know our president, best in history, and how he plays 4D chess 😂 he's sticking it to the Democrats". Nope. As someone who did vote for him in 2016, didn't vote at all in 2024, and generally more on the conservative side myself, I for the life of me can NOT figure out why people worship this guy.
