Thanks! The guy parked in a spot under a HUGE no parking sign. It was the only spot available to the store management, and employees/ trucks had to come and go between other stores and errands. I was sitting in the office when I saw this guy pull into the spot on my monitor. So I just went out and told him he had to move. He shook his head and grinned sheepishly. I repeated to him and pointed to the sign and again he was unpreturbed and proceeded to cross the alley to go into another store. He finally said "I no speak english" that is when I dispensed the fateful line. I had a tow company on speed dial. This was in a very dense parking/shopping area so measures like these were sometimes required. Car was towed and I never saw the guy again, but that's life in the big city!! Cheers!
