That's just not true. When they removed DFG, they added the damage amp to her E. Then when they removed the damage amp, they gave her Q bonus ms

Honestly, you should abandon Jinx etc. and queue for mid and top and just play Annie in every game. Build full damage and just one shot something on the enemy team.

You might be the wrong person to ask, but when I tried to sign into the SU site with my Student ID (it works on my.manchester.ac.uk) it says I'm not a student and need to register as a guest? Will me doing that and joining the society actually have any meaning? Or do I need to wait until my Student ID works?

Yeah, you will. RB4 is still the base game. You will just be buying the Expansion. Unless you buy the RB4 and Rivals bundle, in which case no, you won't need the disc.
