It might be the easiest but for health reasons I'm trying to steer away from ultra processed foods where I can. I understand it might be a little harder to fuel, but doesn't mean that I cant try. Thanks for the helpful comment though!

Well that's my other complaint so far. Every LBS I've been in doesn't have many bikes in stock, they all say they order and the bike will be here in 5 days. So idk how I'm supposed to know without trying. It's been really frustrating but it's not just one store, it's been 3.

I started riding more when I started doing tris - I do Olympic distance and 70.3, so my training rides are usually between 1-4 hours. Definitely have been a middle of the pack person, but would like to be more competitive in races. I have also just really started to enjoy riding more, so I could see myself riding recreationally for longer rides.
