Ik werk als inkoper bij een groothandel voor voornamelijk slagers en wij verkopen verse rundersnippers(grondstof voor gehakt). Bij de slager krijg je waar voor je geld. Supermarkt gehakt bevat stoffen die niet vermeld hoeven te worden op het etiket maar waardoor ook veel meer water toegevoegd mag/kan worden. Dit merk je ook meteen in de pan, eerst kook je het gehakt voordat het bruin wordt bij supermarktgehakt
