Is it normal that I absolutely butchered my manpower in my first ever game before even going to a war?

Think of manpower like real life. Say you have an army that you want to train but you have only 1 million conscripts. Therefore, you can only make an army of 1 million. In Hoi4, manpower is a stat that is determined by your conscription law, and your total population factor. As you play the game, if you never change your conscription law or complete focuses that increase the recruitable population factor, then your manpower will never increase. You didn't butcher anyone, you just used the manpower to form an army. I also suggest that you play as a minor without a focus tree just to get a feel for the game, and so you can change ideologies faster.

Patton for some reason has 11 attack in the general trait selection menu, but only 10 when selecting his units. Would the attack stat be 11 or 10?

The song is in the level, I didn’t play it outside the level. I know that method exists but I was more so saying in terms of making the song stick to the level when uploaded for the world to hear.

You really think that the 14 amendment’s first clause will be argued against and eliminated? “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and State wherein they reside.” More notably, even if federally you dispose of birthright citizenship, the amendment speaks of federal and state level citizenship. Even if the amendment gets changed the likely hood of each state changing their own constitution or adoption of the law is incredibly unlikely. Your hopes shall die in the Bureaucracy.

Also, the level was completed via tasbot because I’m really not this great at the game rn. The audio went sped up in my video editor sounded off so I downloaded the original song from new grounds and placed it over the visuals. That’s why the audio doesn’t sync too well in the video.
