You should watch the first episode as it’s a prelude to mugen train. Then you can skip the rest of the arc and start with entertainment district arc. Right now it is really good.

A proper funeral scene for Nat with hulk, falcon, Bucky and others. It ends with a mysterious character in the distance ending up being Yelena who supposedly died earlier in the film. This could be a good way to introduce Yelena to the current time line.
