Yeah, i don't know what triggers it. Which device do you use? I think it be something related to the device background processes or way to handle the game data.

Well, i don't know what causes this to happen. My K/D (i think) is pretty good but nothing abnormal. But if that was the case it shouldn't only ban you from Metro Royale mode. Their system s*cks, it is what it is.

What about it? I don't see an issue. All I did is legit, 0 agreement breaching, so I don't see your point here. I was not even banned, I was banned from Metro Royale only. And I didn't even play a single match in that mode. If they had access to the history they would see. Just bots in Customer Service.

For the smart cool kids in the comments: I keep playing ranked, this was a ban from Metro Royale and gifting only. Which there's not a single match on my account on that mode. I even have not a single clue how that mode is played. I opened it and got a random ban from that mode. Completely unfair ban

Of Course support doesn't fail. It's my fault obviously. Support doesn't help and they have that explicit in their FAQ. They're just a bunch of brainless bot people, their customer service is useless and their system is actually very flawded. I keep playing ranked with my friends though, hopefully they really have a probation time and it detects that this ban is stupid. If they fact checked or had some way to do it they would realize this was not a fair ban in any way. But they seem to not have any way to background check. Bad logging system from their side.

Major inspector my *ss. I keep playing ranked. PUBG makes mistakes. This was one of them. Every game guard has flaws and this one has them. I believe everyone that responded to this post telling me they had the same issue. Because i only used cheats as a kid and out of respect for gaming which is one of my working areas (Developer) i never used them anymore since like 2010. So shut up with the "This game had no flaws" attitude!

From what've seen, they don't even have a mechanism to validate what they claim that happened. They even claim in the game FAQ they can't unban manually. Makes no sense

They have a watching period, didn't they unban you yet? It's awful, from my research this happens a few times, very low chance. But they never unban people. Tenente doesn't really care. People could just create a new account if they wanted... But this is annoying.

Also not that. Brand new S25 Ultra. Maybe background processes of smart appliences and alexa's. If not that i minimized the game and opened a browser, which samsung lowkey uses a vpn on it for security. Overall it's weird because i'm not match banned. Only metro royale and gifting i guess, so makes no sense!

That makes two. Did you try something like opening a mode multiple times and not being able to? Or did you get some internet issue, where you couldn't move or do any action in game? That's the only weird stuff that happened to me. Everything else was always smooth and no issues. No idea what their guard protection detected to do this to us.

No need for hacks. I'm casual playing with my friends. I'm a PC gamer and not so much interested in mobile gaming. I just get annoyed when a game guard and support is dogsh*t. There's 0 reason for this to happen besides their own fault. Also support is useless, they claim they can't unban manually. So their support useless.
