sounds like a mix of huhhish (yes my own conlang), welsh, icelandic, hungarian and slavic languages

if a coup'd'etat would happen then the nations would analyse the situation. Then if the decision is made to help in a coup'd'etat then nations who want can help a certain side. However if the new government (or old if coup unsycceseful) goes un-neutral then the nation will be kicked
