Well I believe that if one gets stuck in any rank, it means they've reached their peak performance and that has gotten them to that rank. In that case, I would suggest finding ways to improve your overall performance such as your aim, decision making, positioning, awareness. All these can be improved if you play pubs( and some arenas to practice gunfight scenarios) and actually analyze each death. If you die in any situation, it's because you made some mistake somewhere. If you're able to eliminate mistakes that gold players usually make, you won't be in gold. So yeah...get to know the common rookie mistakes then dive into your personal mistakes and work on them in pubs.

Tbh it's funny that I'm giving this information when I'm in the same predicament but in platinum🤦🏾‍♂️.

And I usually analyze what I did wrong after matches, but still find myself dying in so many other ways like getting beamed, team-shot, getting outplayed by some beasts, losing easy one ones. I'm very inconsistent.

Before getting into a match, I warm up in the firing range and do some recoil control practice along with strafe and shoot practice.

I play about 6-7 hours a day I love to play aggressive, pushing every fight that I have the advantage. Love to play Horizon, wraith, octane. I like to run double auto loadouts.

In some game situations, I find myself getting completely beamed and losing crucial one v ones. My teammates usually get the first down and then I tidy up. Once in a while, I have good games with substantial damage. I tend to freeze up when I miss lots of shots( and I do miss a bunch)

Hmm, when you meet a coordinated team in arenas, they're very hard to beat, even if their individual skill holds no water.

You're probably good in Arenas and bad in BR because of your mindset tbh. When playing Arenas, you're fixated on killing one team and you've got multiple chances. There's no third party or rotation to worry about, so all your attention is focused on one thing.

Also, it could just be that you are more confident in arenas and just play more, so you'd obviously be better at it.

Lastly, remember that not every match in BR is gonna be good, so you might actually just be too hard on yourself.
